Steven C. Crowley
Mr. Crowley has over 25 years of experience as an investment banker, chief financial officer and investment credit manager focusing on restructurings and recapitalizations, complex securitizations and mergers & acquisitions. Before joining G.C. Andersen Partners in 2008, Mr. Crowley managed the financial services and real estate credit research as well as investment strategies of Camulos Capital LP, a multi-billion dollar credit oriented hedge fund. During the previous three years, Mr. Crowley was the Chief Financial Officer and led the restructuring for one of the largest privately-owned merchant services companies in North America. Previously, he was a Managing Director of investment banking at JP Morgan and Fox-Pitt, Kelton responsible for client coverage in financial technology and business services sectors. Mr. Crowley spent the prior 15 years as an investment banker with Salomon Brothers Inc. and PaineWebber/Kidder Peabody where he advised FIG clients in all strategic and capital aspects.
Mr. Crowley received a BS in Accounting from University of Baltimore and an MBA from University of Baltimore Business School. Mr. Crowley is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant since entering the securities industry.
