Scott W. Hadfield
Scott Hadfield joined G.C. Andersen Partners in 2004. Mr. Hadfield has over 15 years of investment banking experience focused exclusively on advising middle market clients. Mr. Hadfield has extensive experience in capital raising, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus in the consumer, business services and industrial services industries. Mr. Hadfield also has significant experience executing industry consolidations and financing acquisitions through senior, mezzanine and 2nd lien debt. Mr. Hadfield maintains extensive relationships with middle market focused private equity firms, junior capital providers and senior lenders. Mr. Hadfield has a long history of providing advisory services to family owned and closely-held businesses and understands the full range of needs and goals required to work with these clients.
Before joining G.C. Andersen Partners in 2004, Mr. Hadfield was a Director in the Middle Market Investment Banking Group at Ryan Beck & Co., where he headed the private equity coverage area of the firm and also advised in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. Prior to joining Ryan Beck, he established the New York office of Trinity Capital Group. Mr. Hadfield was previously a Vice President in the Private Equity Financing Group at Prudential Securities in New York and an officer in the investment banking group of Janney Montgomery Scott.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Hadfield was a Syndication Manager in the Capital Markets Group of Textron Financial Corporation, where he focused on placing high yield debt and structured finance products. Mr. Hadfield began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Hadfield received BS degrees in Economics and Government from Connecticut College and also studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
